Cancellation Policy
I request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please notify me 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 40% of the reserved services. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 40% of the reserved services.
